Exchange Policy
Please read this carefully before placing your order — here's exactly how exchanges work at Ray of Traditions.
Unboxing video required: We only accept exchange requests for products that arrive damaged, and a continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory as proof. Please record from before the package is opened until the product is fully unwrapped.
🔄 When We Offer an Exchange
If your product arrives damaged, we will exchange it for a new one — free of cost — provided you meet the two conditions below:
- You raise the request within 48 hours of delivery
- You share a clear, unedited unboxing video showing the damage
🚫 No Return, No Refund
Please note: Ray of Traditions does not accept returns and does not issue refunds under any circumstance. Our only remedy for a damaged item is a like-for-like exchange, following the process below.
- Change of mind after purchase is not eligible for return or refund
- Natural variations in iron, wood grain, or stone texture are not defects — these are handmade products, not machine-uniform
- Requests made after 48 hours of delivery cannot be processed
- Damage caused after use, misuse, or improper care is not covered
📝 How to Request an Exchange
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email.
Share your order ID along with the mandatory unboxing video and photos of the damage.
We review and confirm within 24–48 hours whether the exchange qualifies.
We arrange pickup of the damaged item and ship the replacement — at no extra cost to you.
💳 Payment & Shipping Notes
- Shipping is free on all products, no minimum order value
- Get ₹100 flat off automatically when you choose prepaid payment (UPI / Card / Net Banking)
- Partial COD is available — pay a small advance online and the rest in cash on delivery
