Free Shipping, Every Order
Shipping is completely free on all products we sell, with no minimum order value. Whatever you order, delivery is on us.
Save ₹100 with Prepaid Orders
Choose to pay online (UPI, Card, or Net Banking) at checkout and receive a flat ₹100 discount on your order, applied automatically.
Partial COD Option
Prefer to pay on delivery? Choose Partial COD at checkout — pay a small advance online to confirm your order, and settle the remaining balance in cash when it arrives.
Delivery Timeline
We dispatch every order within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Estimated delivery from dispatch:
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote / rural areas: 7–10 business days
Where We Deliver
We currently ship across all of India through trusted courier partners. International shipping is not available at this time.
Packaging & Safety
Every item is individually wrapped in protective padding before boxing. Fragile stone and iron products receive extra cushioning and reinforced packaging. We record a video of packaging for every order as proof of condition before dispatch. A tracking link is shared via SMS and email as soon as your order ships.
Delayed or Missing Order?
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, or tracking hasn't updated in 3 or more days, please contact us with your order ID and we'll look into it right away.
