2. Products

We sell traditional kitchen equipment and utensils crafted from Iron, Wood, and Stone. As these are handmade or hand-finished products, slight variations in colour, texture, weight, and grain are natural and are not considered defects.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Partial Cash on Delivery (COD). Orders paid fully online (prepaid) receive a flat ₹100 discount, applied automatically at checkout.

4. Shipping

We offer free shipping on all products across India, with no minimum order value. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Estimated delivery timelines are shown on our Shipping Policy page and may vary based on your location.

5. Exchanges

We do not accept returns and do not issue refunds under any circumstances. If a product arrives damaged, we offer a like-for-like exchange, provided the request is raised within 48 hours of delivery along with a mandatory unboxing video. Full details are available on our Exchange Policy page.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched by contacting us directly. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

All content on this website, including product photography, descriptions, logos, and design, is the property of Ray of Traditions and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ray of Traditions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability in any circumstance is limited to the value of the order placed.
